The Gavin Report
was a San Francisco-based trade publication. Founded by radio
performer Bill Gavin in 1958, it served the radio industry until
2002.
Sometime in the
1970s, one issue of The Gavin Report included this narrated
audio presentation, "The History Of Radio Jingles." It runs just
under 15 minutes.
